About us · Corona, CA
The number Corona has been calling since 2019
We are a Corona-based team with real trade experience behind the phone. You describe the problem, we work out what it actually is, and we send a licensed plumber who does that specific job every week.
Who we are
Trade experience on the phone, not a script
The people answering have spent years around this work. That is what makes the triage worth something.
Corona CA Plumbing Point is a plumbing referral and dispatch service based in Corona, California. We are not a national lead broker, and we are not a call center reading from a flowchart. We take the call, narrow the problem down as far as a phone conversation honestly can, and connect you with an independent licensed plumbing professional who works in your part of the city and handles that kind of job regularly.
Founded in 2019, the company grew out of the trade rather than out of marketing. The team behind the phone includes a senior plumbing specialist who has spent his career on leak detection, drain and sewer work, water heaters and repiping. That is the difference between someone taking a message and someone asking whether the water is still running and whether you know where your main shutoff is.
We do not verify licenses or insurance on your behalf, and we will not tell you we do. Every California plumbing contractor’s license status is public and free to check with the Contractors State License Board, and we tell callers to look up the number before work begins. What we can speak to is dispatch: who works in your part of the city, who handles that kind of job regularly, and who turns up when they say they will. Contractors who generate complaints stop getting calls from us.
The plumbing work itself is performed by those independent contractors, and the agreement for the job is between you and the contractor who takes it. What we are accountable for is everything before the truck arrives, and we take that seriously enough to pick up at 3am.
Why us
Three reasons people keep our number
Not slogans. These are the things customers mention when they call us back.
Someone with trade experience answers at 2am
Plumbing emergencies do not respect business hours, and a voicemail box is not an answer when a supply line has let go. Our line is staffed around the clock, including weekends and holidays, and the person who picks up can talk you through shutting the water off before anyone is dispatched.
The right specialty, not the nearest van
Trenchless sewer replacement, slab leak location and gas line work are separate trades in practice, even though one word covers them all. We know which of them your symptom points to, so the plumber who arrives already owns the equipment the job needs.
We know how Corona houses fail
Hard water, pressure zones that climb toward the Santa Ana Mountains, and a housing stock that spans 1910 bungalows to 2000s tract builds. The likely cause of your symptom is often predictable from your address and the age of the house.
How a job goes
What happens between your call and a dry floor
Four steps, and none of them involve being put on hold to hear about our commitment to quality.
You describe it plainly
No jargon needed. Where the water is, what it smells like, what you have already tried, whether anything is still running.
We triage honestly
Some things need someone tonight. Others genuinely can wait until Saturday morning at a lower rate, and we will tell you which one you have.
We match and dispatch
We reach a plumber who covers your area, does that work and is free now, and confirm they are taking it before you hang up.
They price it with you first
The plumber assesses the job on site and gives you the price before work begins. You decide whether to go ahead, and we follow up afterward to hear how it went.
The team
The people behind the number
Three people run this. Their names, their background, and what each of them actually does when you call.

Straight answers
What to expect, and what we will not promise
A short list, because knowing where the edges are is more useful than another paragraph of reassurance.
- A plumber matched to your job and your part of Corona, not whoever answered a call first. Ask for the license number and check it yourself before work begins.
- A price from the plumber, given to you before work begins, with no obligation to accept it.
- No firm quotes over the phone. Anyone who gives you an exact figure for a slab leak before seeing it is guessing.
- Honest triage. If your problem can safely wait until regular hours at a lower rate, we will tell you so.
- No guaranteed arrival window in advance. Emergencies are prioritized by severity, and real conditions move schedules.
- We do not perform the plumbing work or hold the contract for your job. Warranty, payment and scope are agreed between you and the contractor who takes it.
- Your details used to get your job done and nothing else, never sold as marketing lists. See the Privacy Policy.
We do not verify licenses or insurance for you. Any California contractor’s license number can be looked up free through the Contractors State License Board, and you should do that before work begins.
