Acceptance of these terms

By using coronacaplumbingpoint.com, calling our dispatch line or requesting a referral, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are arranging work on behalf of someone else, such as a landlord, a tenant or a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

What the service is

Corona CA Plumbing Point is a referral and dispatch service. We answer inquiries, assess what the plumbing problem is likely to be, and connect you with an independent plumbing contractor who covers your area and performs that type of work.

We want to be unambiguous about the following, because it determines what we are and are not responsible for:

We do not perform plumbing work.
We do not employ the contractors we refer you to. They are independent businesses.
We are not a party to the agreement for the work. That agreement is between you and the contractor who accepts the job.
We do not set the contractor's prices, scope, warranty, payment terms or schedule.
We do not supervise, direct or inspect work carried out by a contractor.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information about the problem, the property and access. Dispatch decisions are made from what you tell us.
Confirm the contractor's identity, license and insurance before work begins if that matters to you. California license status can be checked through the Contractors State License Board.
Agree scope and price directly with the contractor before authorising work.
Have authority to permit work at the property.
Take reasonable steps to limit damage while waiting, such as closing a shut-off valve where it is safe to do so.

Estimates, pricing and payment

Any figure discussed on our line is general context, not a quotation, and is not binding on the contractor. Plumbing work is priced after assessment on site, where the actual conditions are visible. The contractor is responsible for giving you a price before work begins and for honouring the price they give you. Payment is made to the contractor, not to us. We do not process payments for plumbing work and we do not hold deposits.

Response times and availability

Our line is answered 24 hours a day, and we make a genuine effort to dispatch urgent jobs quickly. We do not, however, guarantee that a contractor will be available at a given time, that anyone will arrive within a stated window, or that a specific contractor will be assigned. Availability depends on demand, weather, traffic, parts and how many genuine emergencies are already in progress. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular arrival time.

Emergencies and safety

Do not rely on this website or on waiting for a callback in a situation that threatens safety. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. If there is a risk to life or a serious risk of injury, call 911. Guidance on our pages is general information about common plumbing situations, not professional advice for your specific property.

Information on this site

We write our service and area pages to be genuinely useful about how plumbing tends to fail in Corona and nearby communities. It remains general information. Conditions vary house by house, and only inspection of your property can establish what is actually wrong. Nothing here creates a professional relationship or should be treated as a substitute for a licensed assessment. We may change, correct or remove content at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and the referral service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that information on it is complete or current, or that any contractor referred to you will perform to your satisfaction.

Work performed by a contractor is covered only by whatever warranty that contractor provides. We give no warranty on plumbing work of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corona CA Plumbing Point and its owners, officers and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, use or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the referral service.

We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, workmanship, conduct, pricing, damage or negligence of any independent contractor referred through the service. Claims of that nature are between you and the contractor.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corona CA Plumbing Point from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate, from your breach of these terms, or from a dispute between you and a contractor.

Dispute with a contractor

If something goes wrong with work performed, raise it with the contractor first, in writing where possible. We are willing to help by providing the dispatch record for your job and the contractor's contact details. We cannot adjudicate the dispute, require the contractor to act, issue refunds or withhold payment on your behalf. Unresolved disputes involving a licensed California contractor can be raised with the Contractors State License Board.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or the line to submit false service requests, harass staff or contractors, scrape or copy content at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the site's operation. We may refuse or discontinue service where it is being misused.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, photography, graphics and the Corona CA Plumbing Point name and logo, is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own use in arranging plumbing work. You may not republish, resell or reproduce the content commercially without written permission.

Telephone communications

By giving us your phone number for a service request, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us and from the assigned contractor about that job. Calls may be monitored or recorded, and where a call is recorded you will be notified at the start. Marketing messages, if we send any, can be stopped at any time. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Links to third party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service, and you consent to venue there.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service or the law changes. The effective date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the site or the line after a revision means you accept the updated terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable provision applies to the maximum extent permitted. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the referral service and this website. They do not govern the separate agreement between you and a contractor. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
